Internship Program Coordinator & Board Member

Nik is a geographer based at the University of Georgia. He is also a Visiting Scholar in the Food Studies Program at Spelman College and co-directs UGA's Cornelia Walker Bailey Program on Land and Agriculture.  Nik has come to love and respect the ocean, the marsh, and the seashore, and all that they do, through working on Sapelo Island off the coast of Georgia for the last decade where he has learned about the importance of oysters (as well as how good they taste).
