Ilya has spent the last twenty years starting, leading, advising, and studying organizations striving to make the world a better place. He is excited about working with the Shell to Shore team to restore the Georgia coast while enjoying some delicious oysters along the way.

In his day job, Ilya is a professor of leadership and collaboration at Georgia Tech.
